Application Steps
1 / Apply
Vendors apply during the intake period.
We are currently accepting booths for all 2026 market events.
2 / Review
Every application is reviewed by our event team. For markets next on the roster, all applicants will receive a response from our team within 5 business days of submitting a complete application. For all other markets you can expect a response within 10 business days. .
3 / Approval
For 2026 markets all applicants will be notified of their acceptance within 2 weeks of application.
Please remember that booth images are required for acceptance. New to markets or planning a big change? No problem — we also accept booth design plans if you don’t have previous photos.
4 / Processing and Payment - Deadline within 48 hrs of receipt
Upon approval to a market vendors will be sent a contract to complete. You will have 48 hours to complete the contract. Your invoice will follow with an additional 48 to complete payment.
5 / Vendor Communication
To those accepted into MRKT: Event communication including a MRKT group Zoom call and digital vendor package will be sent out approximately 1 month before show time. Always reach out to us should you have any questions!

Please note: Booth sizes are 10ft wide x 8ft deep in the Saskatoon events (due to space constraints in Wilsons) and 10ft x 10ft in Regina, with the option to book multiple booths.
